Uploading a file

1. Select the topic where you want to upload the file
2. Choose "Add Hyperlink and Attachments" on the left toolbar

3. The "Hyperlink" box will appear where you should select "My computer" button in order to search for the file you want to upload.

4. After your file has been uploaded, you can visualize it attached to the selected subtopic and can open it by simply clicking on it.

Exporting a mind map as image

1. On the top menu bar opt for "File"
2. Then from the drop-down menu select "Export"
3. Then select again "Image"
4. And choose the type of image you want the mind map to be saved as, for example "jpg"

Embedding a video and audio file

1. Select the topic where you want the video to be added to
2. On the left toolbar of the screen, choose the icon with "Add multimedia"

3. To upload a file from your computer select the "Upload" button
4. To record audio notes simply click on the "Record" button
5. To search for a video on a specific topic: type in the topic of your choice, select from the list the video-sharing website that you want to use, then click the "Search" button to access the video.
6. Select the video you want to upload, double click on it and it will automatically be added to your subtopics.

7. To play the video simply click on the uploaded file

Click on "Upload" then select a file from your computer

1. Select the "Audio Library" from the list
2. Then select the file you want to upload

Setting a password for your map

1. Select the mind map you want to place a password on.
2. Then from the "More actions" drop-down menu, select "Properties".

1. A "Map properties" box will appear, which will allow you to access and change the information that is characteristic of your mind map.
2. To set a password for your map, check off the "Map protection" box
3. Then type in a password and confirm it, then click "Ok".
